Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this booking within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day your booking was accepted. To exercise it, tell us in a clear statement — email hello@bob-o-job.com, or use the cancellation form. You lose this right once the job has been fully carried out.
If you asked us to start before the cancellation period ended and then cancel, you pay a proportionate amount for what has actually been carried out up to that point. If no work has been carried out, that is nothing.
You do not have to use this form. Cancelling in the app, or any clear statement to us that you want to cancel, works just as well. It is here because the regulations say we must make it available, and because some people prefer a form.
This is separate from the stage-based cancellation charges in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Where your statutory right gives you a better outcome, the statutory right wins.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day your booking was accepted by your Jobber. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your message before the period ends.
