Our Redis-powered geo-matching system finds Jobbers within your preferred radius. You'll see their profile, reviews, and ETA the moment they accept.

Watch your Jobber's location on the map as they travel to you. Use the secure check-in code to start the job when they arrive.

Your card is pre-authorised but never charged until you confirm the job is complete. Dispute anything — your payment is protected until you confirm.

Stripe holds the funds securely. When you're happy with the work, tap "Confirm" and payment releases instantly to the Jobber via Stripe Connect.

How quickly can I get a Jobber?+

For ASAP jobs, Jobbers typically accept within minutes. You'll receive an email confirmation the moment one accepts.

What if I'm not happy with the work?+

Simply raise a dispute before confirming payment. Our team reviews all disputes within 2 business days and can issue full or partial refunds. Your payment is held while we do.

How are Jobbers checked?+

Every Jobber is interviewed by our team, checked through identity verification, and DBS-checked (a UK background check they obtain themselves) before their first job. Interviews are held by video call or in person — either way a real person on our team makes the decision. There is no automated approval.

What does it cost?+

Nothing is charged upfront. Your card is pre-authorised when you post the job, then charged once you confirm completion — the agreed job price (the AI estimate or your own budget), plus our booking fee, which is shown with the price before you confirm.

Can I book for a specific time?+

Yes — choose "Scheduled" when posting and pick any date and time in the next 7 days. We cap it there so the card authorisation behind your booking is still valid when your Jobber arrives.
