No surprises
You pay the job price you set, plus a booking fee of 5% — never more than £7.50. Both are shown to you together before you confirm. There is nothing else.
If you later add to the job — more time, or materials your Jobber buys for you — that extra is its own charge, with its own 5% fee capped at £7.50. You approve each one, and see the fee, before anything is taken.
What a £50.00 job costs
You choose the job price. Our booking fee is 5% of it, capped at £7.50, and it is added on top. Anything you add to the job later is charged, and capped, the same way.

The booking fee is our charge for using BOB O JOB — finding you a Jobber, agreeing the price and handling the payment. It is the same whatever you pay by: it is not a charge for paying by card. Tips carry no fee at all. If a job is cancelled or refunded in part, the booking fee comes back in full.
There is no subscription and no sign-up fee, and nothing is taken from your card until the job is confirmed complete. Full detail is in our Customer Terms and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
