Data protection requests
Ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or complain about how we've handled it.
You do not need an account. These rights belong to anyone whose personal data we hold — including people who have never signed up, and people whose details reached us through someone else's booking.
We'll acknowledge your request by email straight away, and in any event within 30 days. We'll respond within one month. If your request is complex we may need up to two further months, and we'll tell you before the first month is up and explain why.
We may need to confirm who you are before we can act, particularly where the request concerns data about a specific person.
You can also email privacy@bob-o-job.com — this form simply makes sure it is logged and tracked.
